Arcus Infrastructure Partners will acquire Wifinity, a UK-based internet managed services provider, from LDC. The management team will retain a minority stake. Wifinity, founded in 2007 and based in London, specializes in designing and managing connectivity infrastructure for complex environments, serving diverse markets such as defense and corporate sectors.

The UK managed Wi-Fi market is expected to grow at approximately 14% annually from 2025 to 2030. The acquisition is facilitated through the Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp (AEIF3) and is expected to close in H1 2026, pending regulatory approvals. This marks Wifinity as the ninth investment from AEIF3 and the third in the digital sector.
