Arcus Infrastructure Partners to Acquire UK Managed Services Provider Wifinity from LDC
Arcus Infrastructure Partners has announced its acquisition of Wifinity, a UK-based managed services provider specializing in connectivity infrastructure, from LDC. The deal, facilitated through the Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp, is expected to close in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory approvals, and marks Wifinity as the ninth investment from AEIF3 and the third in the digital sector. The UK managed Wi-Fi market is projected to grow at approximately 14% annually from 2025 to 2030.

Arcus Infrastructure Partners will acquire Wifinity, a UK-based internet managed services provider, from LDC. The management team will retain a minority stake. Wifinity, founded in 2007 and based in London, specializes in designing and managing connectivity infrastructure for complex environments, serving diverse markets such as defense and corporate sectors.
The UK managed Wi-Fi market is expected to grow at approximately 14% annually from 2025 to 2030.
