Army Issues Presolicitation for $270 Million Integrated Test and Evaluation Support Services Contract

DEFENSE

The Department of the Army has announced a presolicitation for a potential $270 million multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for integrated test and evaluation support services by the Army Evaluation Center. The contract, previously known as the AEC Recompete 2026 opportunity, will be competed under the Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) contract, with responses due by April 17.

The contract will assess operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability across various test mission areas, requiring technical and engineering services. It will cover missions including air and missile defense, aviation systems, and cyber mission assurance, as well as efforts in artificial intelligence and electronic warfare. The seven-year contract features a hybrid cost structure, with an ordering period starting in October 2026, and will support key Army installations such as Aberdeen Proving Ground and Fort Bliss.
