Army Requests PRS Counter and Train Halts in Bairagarh
The Army in Bairagarh has requested a Passenger Reservation System counter for 40,000 personnel and additional train halts. This move aims to enhance railway access and passenger amenities for military members in the region.

A Passenger Reservation System (PRS) counter is being requested for army personnel at the Army campus in Bairagarh. This demand was articulated during the Zonal Railway Users' Consultative Committee (ZRUCC) meeting, where the need for halts for nine pairs of trains, including the Dr Ambedkar Nagar-Nagpur Express and Indore-Bhopal Vande Bharat Express, was also highlighted.
Additionally, the committee discussed the need for railway underpasses at Rachna Nagar, Sanjeevni Nagar, and Sant Hirdaram Nagar to improve connectivity. Railway General Manager Dilip Kumar Singh confirmed that action would be taken regarding these demands. The successful implementation of these requests could significantly enhance transportation options for military personnel in the area.
