Artinia Group Secures Private Equity Investment for TMMG's Expansion in U.S. Ship Fleet Readiness

TMMG has received an investment from Artinia Group, alongside partners Gemini Investors and True West Capital Partners, to support its expansion in U.S. ship fleet readiness programs. TMMG, which provides systems engineering and lifecycle asset management services primarily to the Navy (91.6% of revenue) and Coast Guard (8.4% of revenue), recorded approximately $41.6 million in unclassified prime contract revenue over the past year.

The investment will help TMMG enhance its team and capabilities to meet the needs of the defense community. The partners are utilizing the Small Business Innovation Company initiative, which provides venture funding for small businesses, allowing TMMG to maintain its small business status while pursuing larger opportunities.
