ASC Global Inc.'s APOZ Project has been nominated for the 2026 Pinnacle Award alongside nominees like Hitachi and Hyundai. The APOZ Project is recognized as the only dual-status FTZ + QOZ business park in the U.S., allowing up to 300 companies to benefit from tariff deferrals and capital gain tax exemptions.

This initiative aims to foster strategic synergies between the U.S. and trade partners including Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Mexico, China, and Southeast Asian countries. The project is currently preparing to submit applications to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Wetland Delineation approval and for the formation of a Municipal Utility District.
