Astrion Announces Leadership Changes to Enhance Space Operations and Growth Strategy
Tom Vice has been appointed as CEO and executive chair of Astrion, effective immediately, with Eric Brown as president of Space Operations and Conn Doherty as chief growth officer. These leadership changes aim to strengthen Astrion's capabilities in the defense and space sectors, enhancing operational impact and innovation for critical missions.

Astrion has appointed Tom Vice as CEO and executive chair following his tenure at Sierra Space. Eric Brown becomes president of Space Operations and Allied Missions, while Conn Doherty steps in as chief growth officer.
This leadership shake-up comes as Astrion looks to expand its presence in space-related business lines, particularly in systems engineering and integration for military and civil space programs. The company, created from the merger of ERC and Oasis Systems in 2023, has also absorbed Axient, enhancing its technical service offerings across defense and intelligence sectors. The new leadership aims to increase operational efficiency and customer impact as demand for innovative solutions grows.
