Atico Mining Reports Q2 2026 Production Results from El Roble Mine
Atico Mining Corporation produced 2.08 million pounds of copper and 1,465 ounces of gold in Q2 2026. The results indicate a decrease in gold output but improvements in copper grades and recovery rates, which are critical for operational efficiency and planning.

Atico Mining Corporation reported production results for the El Roble mine for Q2 2026, yielding 2.08 million pounds of copper and 1,465 ounces of gold. This represents a 4% decrease in copper production and a 38% decrease in gold output compared to Q2 2025.
The copper head grade increased by 10% to 1.91%, while the gold head grade decreased by 40% to 1.25 grams per tonne. Daily processed tonnes decreased by 5% to an average of 786. The company has plans to optimize operations and expects to update reserves in the second half of the year.
The mine, operational since November 2013, has a processing capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day and is located in Colombia. The current exploration focuses on prospective VMS mineralization in the region.
