Aurora Advances Propulsion Commercialization and Defense Partnerships in March Quarter
Aurora Labs is on track for its first commercial propulsion delivery, bolstered by a purchase order from Sovereign Propulsion Systems. The company is also enhancing its strategic relationship with MBDA, focusing on integration of its 3D-printed propulsion technology into defense platforms.

Aurora Labs (ASX:A3D) reported significant progress in its propulsion and manufacturing initiatives during the March 2026 quarter. The company is advancing towards its first commercial propulsion delivery under a purchase order with Sovereign Propulsion Systems, which supports its strategy for high-performance engines in the defense sector.
Engagement with MBDA under a three-year MOU has facilitated technical exchanges and performance demonstrations, validating Aurora's technology for future defense applications. Concurrently, A3D is pursuing AS9100D aerospace certification to enhance its standing with major defense contractors.
The company also secured a $500,000 grant for R&D on high-speed UAV propulsion systems, targeting technologies operating at speeds of ≥0.9 Mach. With $2.624 million in cash, Aurora is positioned to scale its commercial activities effectively.
