Aurora Labs appointed retired Major General Andrew Bottrell as a non-executive director to strengthen its leadership in the defence sector. Major General Bottrell will provide strategic oversight for Aurora's initiatives within sovereign and allied defence markets and assist in growth efforts.

His experience includes command roles in the Army and senior positions in multinational corporations. Aurora and MBDA have a Memorandum of Understanding to explore the integration of Aurora's 3D-printed turbojet technology into MBDA's systems. Bottrell's expertise will support Aurora's engagement with government and industry partners.
