Avalanche and NHanced Introduce Space Grade MRAM Boot Solution for Rad-Hard FPGA Integration
Avalanche Technology and NHanced Semiconductors have developed the first Space Grade MRAM boot solution for rad-hard FPGA integration, designed for satellite and defense applications. This technology meets all five Space Grade criteria, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions. NHanced selected Avalanche's MRAM for its radiation immunity and built-in error correction capabilities, which enhance operational performance and reduce integration complexity. This partnership aims to support the deployment of advanced FPGAs in critical missions.
