Avio SpA Reports FY2025 Financial Results with Record Backlog and Revenue Growth
Avio SpA's Board of Directors approved the 2025 Financial Report, highlighting a record backlog and revenue. Net income reached EUR 11.6 million, an increase of 81.6% compared to December 2024. The company completed four successful Vega C launches and secured a EUR 200 million contract with ArianeGroup for Ariane 6 production through 2029. A rights issue raised EUR 400 million for a new factory in the U.S., and a memorandum of understanding was signed with Raytheon and Lockheed Martin for defense collaborations. A dividend proposal of EUR 6.8 million is set for 2026.
