AVPL Launches ₹80 Crore Drone City in Haryana on May 16, 2026
On May 16, 2026, AVPL International will inaugurate Drone City Haryana, a ₹80 crore integrated drone ecosystem in Village Sisai, Hansi. This development aims to position Haryana at the forefront of India's burgeoning UAV industry, which is expected to grow significantly in the coming years.

Drone City Haryana will span 11.5 acres and include 23 industrial sheds dedicated to various UAV applications such as agriculture, logistics, surveillance, and defense. The opening will coincide with the launch of the '500 Drone Udhami' scheme by Haryana's SC Finance & Development Corporation, which aims to train 500 youth from Scheduled Castes in drone-related fields.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy to integrate social equity into industrial development. The project seeks to foster collaboration among manufacturers, startups, and training institutions, thereby supporting the growth of the drone industry across India.
