AxioAero Group, an aerospace-focused holding company, has acquired Airway Aerospace LLC, a Florida-based FAA, EASA, and CAA UK-certified repair station. This marks AxioAero's second acquisition, following Aviation Concepts, LLC in January 2024.

Airway will retain its name and leadership, continuing its growth while maintaining its identity and culture. The acquisition enhances AxioAero's capabilities in the aerospace aftermarket, leveraging Airway's specialized repair expertise and certifications to strengthen its position in both commercial and defense aviation markets. Legal representation for CORE, the parent company of AxioAero, was provided by Winston & Strawn LLP.
