Azerbaijan and NATO Discuss Cybersecurity Cooperation and Regional Security Initiatives
Azerbaijan and NATO have engaged in discussions to enhance cooperation in cybersecurity and other security sectors. Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Šekerinska to evaluate current collaboration frameworks and explore future partnership opportunities.
The meeting underscored the significance of Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation in addressing regional security challenges, with specific focus on mine clearance and cybersecurity initiatives. NATO representatives acknowledged Azerbaijan's contributions to international security, including participation in NATO-led operations in Afghanistan and defense sector reforms.
