Azerbaijan and Turkey Strengthen Defense Collaboration; Pakistan-Russia Relations Progress
Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Defense Industry and Turkey's delegation signed an implementation agreement to enhance defense sector cooperation. Meanwhile, Pakistan's Sindh Governor highlighted the significance of effective MOUs with Russia, focusing on cultural and educational ties.

Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Defense Industry, Hidayat Azimov, met with Hakan Karataş from Turkey, resulting in a signed agreement to implement a previously established Memorandum of Understanding focused on defense cooperation. This collaboration aims to strengthen institutional frameworks and advance joint initiatives.
Concurrently, in Karachi, Sindh Governor Muhammad Nehal Hashmi discussed the future of Pakistan-Russia relations with Russian Ambassador Albert P. Khorev, emphasizing the need for effective implementation of existing MOUs.
Both sides expressed interest in enhancing cultural, educational, and infrastructural cooperation, including support for agriculture and emergency response sectors. The developments indicate a strategic shift in international partnerships for both Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
