Azerbaijan is currently exporting military-purpose products to nearly 20 nations, as stated by Prime Minister Ali Asadov during a parliamentary session. The 2025 state budget allocates 8.1 billion manat ($4.7 billion) for defense and national security, an increase of 1.5 billion manat ($88 million) or 23% compared to 2024.
This funding aims to enhance the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity. In the previous year, Azerbaijan produced military products valued at 1.4 billion manat ($82 million).
