B&A has acquired Celestar to enhance its intelligence capabilities in the national security sector, adding multi-intelligence disciplines to its offerings. This acquisition aims to improve B&A's engagement with agencies such as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency, while ensuring a seamless transition with Celestar's leadership team remaining in place. Additionally, B&A's recent acquisition of Hexagon US Federal's HS3 business unit in July 2025 further broadens its capabilities.
