B&A has acquired Celestar to expand its intelligence capabilities in the national security market. The acquisition adds multi-intelligence disciplines to B&A's offerings, enabling pursuit of opportunities with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency.

B&A aims to enhance its customer reach and deliver end-to-end solutions for complex national security challenges. Celestar's leadership team will remain, ensuring a seamless transition and access to B&A's resources. In July 2025, B&A also acquired Hexagon US Federal's HS3 business unit to further broaden its capabilities.
