BA Group Launches New Robotics Solutions for Medical, Industrial, and Leisure Sectors
BA Group is expanding its automation solutions with two new robots, aiming for €16 million in revenue by 2028. The Girolift targets mobility support for workers, while a mobile base is designed for industrial applications, including aerospace.

BA Group, located near Rennes, is set to introduce two new robots developed by BA Healthcare and BA Robotics. The Girolift aims to assist individuals who struggle with walking, targeting corporate clients within a CSR framework, with an annual sales target of 50 units.
The second robot, designed for industrial use, can handle large components for aerospace applications. Currently, BA Group generates €14 million in revenue, with 60% attributed to BA Healthcare, which has been operational since 2011 and gained independence in 2021.
The company has sold 800 units of its robots for GE HealthCare globally since 2012. BA Group recently delivered its first of five vehicles for a Norwegian amusement park, potentially opening new markets.
