The Bangladesh Centre for Air and Space Power Studies (BCASPS) was inaugurated on 18 January 2026 by Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmud Khan, Chief of Air Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force. The centre aims to serve as an independent think tank focused on research in air and space power, emphasizing the importance of airspace control for national sovereignty and security.

BCASPS aspires to promote awareness of air and space power and provide policy advice to support Bangladesh's national interests and the capability development of the Bangladesh Air Force.
