Yale Realty Services secured $73.4 million from Bank of Montreal to acquire Landstown Commons Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. The 408,000-square-foot retail complex was purchased for $102 million from an undisclosed REIT. The center, located at 3332 Princess Anne Road, features anchor tenants such as Best Buy and Old Navy and opened in late 2006.
