Eby highlighted strong interest in liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects like LNG Canada Phase 2 and Woodfibre LNG, which are nearing final investment decisions. Eby also addressed local issues, mentioning a task force for extortion incidents in Surrey, where 16 cases have been reported this year, and emphasized the need for improved law enforcement cooperation between Canada and India.
