Bedrock Robotics has raised $270 million in Series B funding, co-led by CapitalG and Valor Atreides AI Fund, reaching a valuation of $1.75 billion. The funding will support the company's transition from individual autonomous machines to coordinated fleet systems for contractors, addressing labor shortages and project backlogs. Bedrock aims to deploy fully operator-less excavators by 2026, enhancing productivity and safety in construction. The company has raised over $350 million to date and expanded its leadership team with key hires.

The company plans to deploy fully operator-less excavators in 2026. Bedrock has raised over $350 million in total funding since emerging from stealth in July 2025. The construction industry faces a shortage of nearly 800,000 workers in the next two years, which is increasing interest in autonomy solutions. Bedrock has also expanded its leadership team with new hires experienced in AI and engineering.
