Bell Textron Inc. is ramping up production of the MV-75 Cheyenne II vertical-lift aircraft, with a $632 million investment in a Fort Worth facility. The Wichita, Kansas assembly center for fuselage production recently opened and will expand its workforce from 80 to approximately 300 as production scales.
This initiative aligns with the Army's Future Long Range Assault Aircraft program. The first delivery of the MV-75 is anticipated by summer. The project's completion in Fort Worth is projected for early 2027. The investment not only supports military efforts but also aims to bolster local job opportunities and the workforce.
