DEFENSE
Black Forest Systems, a developer of unmanned systems based in Ukraine and Estonia, has secured $400,000 from Swedish companies Front Ventures and Hede Capital Partners AB to expedite the development of its infantry-oriented unmanned systems. The investment will support the SHADOX reconnaissance complex, which is designed for rapid deployment and close-range operations.
The company aims to create systems that require minimal piloting experience, distinguishing itself from traditional FPV systems. Founded in 2024, Black Forest Systems previously received funding from Double Tap Investments Ltd.
