The second stage of Black Rock Motor Resort has seen over 700 inquiries shortly after its launch. With a projected $95 million investment, this Australian-first venture targets motor enthusiasts and aims to complete construction by Q3 2027.

Stage two of the Black Rock Motor Resort, featuring luxury villas priced at $3.3 million for two-bedroom and $3.5 million for three-bedroom options, has attracted over 700 inquiries within a day of its release. The $95 million project, located in Wakefield, Lake Macquarie, includes a 5.25-kilometre driving circuit, short-term accommodation, and additional amenities.
Construction is set to start in late May, with completion anticipated by Q3 2027. Interest is primarily from Sydney, Newcastle, Victoria, and Queensland. The resort plans to incorporate fossil-free synthetic fuel options and offer electric vehicle charging facilities, aligning with modern sustainability trends in the automotive industry.
