Black & Veatch-ZAPATA JV Secures $240M USACE Contract for JPEO A&A Support
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District has awarded a $240 million IDIQ contract to the Black & Veatch-ZAPATA Joint Venture for architect-engineer services related to the JPEO A&A Modernization Program. Black & Veatch will lead the JV, providing multi-discipline services at various locations, including Radford and Holston Army ammunition plants. This partnership has a longstanding history, having executed 28 task orders worth approximately $900 million since 2005.
