Black & Veatch-ZAPATA JV Secures $240M USACE Contract for JPEO A&A Support

DEFENSE

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District awarded the Black & Veatch-ZAPATA Joint Venture an IDIQ contract worth $240 million for architect-engineer services supporting the JPEO A&A Modernization Program.

Black & Veatch will manage the JV, providing multi-discipline services at various locations, including Radford and Holston Army ammunition plants. The JV has a work history since 2005 and has executed 28 task orders totaling approximately $900 million.
