Blackwolf Copper Merges with Treasury Metals to Form NexGold Mining Corp

STRATEGIC MINERALS

Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. merged with Treasury Metals in July 2024, forming a new entity named NexGold Mining Corp. Following the merger, investors' shares were converted to shares of NexGold. The Blackwolf title has been removed from trading on both the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB markets.
