BlockFuel Energy acquired oil and gas assets in Oklahoma for $12.5 million, enhancing its energy-backed digital infrastructure. The merger with Innovation Beverage Group is expected to close by Q1 2026.

BlockFuel partnered with Greenbelt Industries to develop a digital asset mining facility in Sharjah, UAE, with ownership split 50.75% to Greenbelt and 49.25% to BlockFuel. Initial oil sales are underway, and the integration of natural gas power generation with mining operations is planned.
