BluGlass Ltd has received an A$190,000 (US$132,500) order from TOPTICA Photonics Inc for custom GaN visible wavelength lasers intended for photonic integrated circuits (PICs). These lasers will facilitate the development of high-precision single-frequency PICs for quantum technologies, addressing defense challenges and enhancing capabilities in secure communications and advanced computing. BluGlass is also engaged in projects worth US$100 million and is expanding its partnerships across the US government and industry, reinforcing its reputation in high-precision GaN laser technologies.
