Bowhill Engineering Secures $32 Million Contract for River Torrens to Darlington Project in South Australia

Bowhill Engineering has secured a $32 million contract to produce more than 660 steel tunnel segments for the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project in South Australia. The project, which represents the largest infrastructure initiative in the state, will enhance the North-South Corridor.
Production will start in March, with 40 segments weighing 10 tonnes each fabricated monthly. This contract is expected to generate over a dozen jobs locally. Bowhill Engineering has invested in advanced manufacturing technology, including robotic welding systems and CNC machines, to meet project demands.
