Bridge DC Unveils Prefabricated Power Module for AI Data Centers
The launch of PowerCore 5.0 by Bridge Data Centers introduces a prefabricated power solution designed for high-density AI environments, allowing for significant reductions in delivery timelines. This innovation is poised to enhance operational efficiency and support the growing demands of the AI infrastructure sector.

Bridge Data Centers has launched PowerCore 5.0, a prefabricated power module tailored for high-density AI data centers. Each 40ft ISO container unit includes transformers, power distribution, UPS, cooling, fire suppression, and monitoring systems, all fully assembled and tested off-site.
The new system allows on-site civil works and factory prefabrication to occur simultaneously, reducing delivery times by over 50% compared to traditional methods. This module is designed to support the increasing operational needs of AI data centers, which require rapid hardware updates and high power density. The prefabricated approach aims to alleviate delivery bottlenecks and foster infrastructure expansion.
