Brig. Gen. Jason Voorheis took over as the Department of the Air Force Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management (C3BM) on February 2, 2026.

His responsibilities include overseeing acquisition strategies for capabilities that facilitate integrated C3BM across the force. Under his leadership, the C3BM team aims to enhance technical momentum and streamline decision advantage capabilities through the DAF BATTLE NETWORK, aligning technical architecture and acquisition authorities.
