The proposed offshore wind power project is designed to return profits to the local community over the next 20 years.

If successful, it could lead to the implementation of a 'wind pension' model, providing approximately 250,000 won monthly per resident. However, challenges remain, including compensation for the fishing industry and community participation. Kwon emphasized the importance of leadership in navigating these issues.
