CACI Acquires ARKA Group for $2.6 Billion to Enhance Space-Based Intelligence Capabilities
CACI International has completed its acquisition of ARKA Group in an all-cash deal valued at $2.6 billion. This acquisition strengthens CACI's market position and expands its national security space capabilities. The move aligns with industry efforts to enhance technologies for national security missions. More than 1,100 ARKA employees have joined CACI, which aims to integrate new technologies into its operations. The company also continues to expand its electronic warfare and intelligence missions, securing a recent Army task order valued at $250 million.

The acquisition strengthens CACI's national security space portfolio and integrates over 1,100 ARKA employees into the company.
CACI's recent achievements include Milestone C from the U.S. Navy for the Spectral program and a $250 million Army task order for spectrum dominance. CACI plans to continue expanding through acquisitions and has named Brian Valania as CEO and CFO, replacing Mack Leath, who remains Chairman.
