CACI International has finalized its acquisition of ARKA Group for approximately $2.6 billion, enhancing its space-based sensing and geospatial intelligence capabilities for national security clients. The acquisition strengthens CACI's national security space portfolio and integrates over 1,100 ARKA employees into the company.

CACI's recent achievements include Milestone C from the U.S. Navy for the Spectral program and a $250 million Army task order for spectrum dominance. CACI plans to continue expanding through acquisitions and has named Brian Valania as CEO and CFO, replacing Mack Leath, who remains Chairman.
