CACI will oversee the development and implementation of the Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS solution, incorporating AI and enhanced security measures. This contract builds on their prior successes, including the Army's Integrated Personnel and Pay System, which serves over 1.1 million soldiers, indicating a robust partnership between CACI and Oracle in the federal HR modernization sector.
