TAG Dynamics, based in the UAE, has introduced the Sicarius UGV 1.5, an unmanned ground vehicle designed for diverse military applications. TAG Dynamics has unveiled the Sicarius UGV 1.5, an unmanned ground vehicle aimed at enhancing military and security capabilities. The platform features a fully electric 6×6 drivetrain, skid-steer mobility, and modular architecture, allowing for multiple operational roles, including reconnaissance and logistics.
It can be equipped with autonomous navigation sensors and Remote Weapon Stations up to 12.7mm. The UGV is designed to meet STANAG 4569 Level 2 standards for armor protection, enhancing survivability in high-risk environments. This entry into robotics aligns with industry trends to adapt existing armored vehicle designs to meet evolving operational needs, potentially increasing market reach among current clients like UN peacekeeping forces and national defense ministries.
