CACI International Wins $416M Task Order to Upgrade US Navy IT Systems

CACI International has obtained a five-year, $416-million task order to enhance the US Navy's IT systems under the Naval Sea Systems Command. The contract, awarded through the SeaPort-Next Generation program, supports the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution.

CACI will employ Industry 4.0 technologies and its Agile Solution Factory framework to transition legacy systems into a cloud-first IT environment. This initiative aims to improve operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Additionally, General Dynamics secured a $988-million C5ISR modernization contract in January 2026, while Sev1Tech received a $49-million contract for cybersecurity support in October 2025. Agile Defense also joined a $44-million program to modernize the Military Sealift Command's IT network.
