Cain Secures 15-Year Lease for 10,000 Sqm in Ketsch Logistics Project
Cain has signed a 15-year lease for a 10,000 sqm unit in its Ketsch logistics facility, now 50% leased. This reflects a robust demand for logistics space in the Rhine-Neckar region, part of Cain's extensive European logistics strategy.

Cain has finalized a 15-year lease with an industrial manufacturing occupier for 10,000 sqm at its logistics development in Ketsch, Germany, bringing total leasing to approximately 50%. The facility features 25,000 sqm of Grade-A logistics space, and is aligned with DGNB Platinum standards.
This activity is part of Cain's broader European logistics portfolio, which has seen over 64,000 sqm leased across Germany, the UK, and Spain recently. The Ketsch project is one of four speculative developments by Cain in Germany, with an additional 86,000 sqm site in Landau under construction.
The European logistics platform is valued at over €1.5 billion, encompassing approximately 1 million sqm of Class-A space. Continued leasing success in Ketsch may signal further investment in logistics developments in the region as demand persists.
