CalEthos, Inc. and its subsidiary, TerraVolt Infrastructure, Inc., have executed a natural gas supply agreement for a planned data center campus in Southeast Idaho. The agreement entails a firm supply of 55,000 MMBTU of natural gas daily for TerraVolt's onsite power generation.
The initial phase is projected to provide between 200MW and 240MW of power capacity. The project's design aims to integrate onsite power with necessary infrastructure to meet rising demand from AI and cloud computing.
The company is advancing through zoning and permitting activities with construction approvals targeted for 2027. Risks include emerging regulations and supply chain volatility, which could impact operational costs and timelines.
