California Startup Unveils Autonomous Electric Truck 'Humble Hauler'
Humble Robotics has introduced the Humble Hauler, an autonomous electric truck without a cabin, aimed at revolutionizing logistics. The vehicle is designed for controlled environments like warehouses and ports, enhancing efficiency in freight transport.

The Humble Hauler, developed by Humble Robotics, is an innovative autonomous electric truck without a traditional cabin, making it 20% lighter than standard trailers. Equipped with two electric axles, it offers a maximum range of 320 km and can reach speeds up to 90 km/h, but is intended for short-distance operations in controlled areas such as warehouses and ports.
The platform features a modular design that allows flexibility in length for various cargo types and can be towed by conventional tractors. The startup has secured $24 million in seed funding and is collaborating with logistics leaders for pilot programs. The technology could transform freight transport, tapping into a $900 billion industry.
