CAPE-APTIM JV has been awarded a $95 million Environmental Remedial Action Contract to support Navy and Marine installations under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic area. The contract is structured as a cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity order.

Services will include remedial and removal actions, site characterization, emergency environmental services, and long-term operations and maintenance. The JV is committed to adhering to environmental regulations, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
