Capitol Meridian Partners and Stellex Capital Management have completed the acquisition of Beaufort, the aerospace and defense survival equipment division of Survitec. Raanan Horowitz has been appointed Board Chair, while Dom Cartwright remains CEO.

The acquisition enhances both firms' positions in the aerospace and defense sectors and establishes Beaufort as an independent survival technologies platform. The transaction is expected to facilitate growth and innovation, leveraging Beaufort's reputation and global presence.

Capitol Meridian and Stellex intend to support Beaufort's expansion through operational investment and strategic acquisitions. Horowitz, an experienced defense industry veteran, will guide Beaufort in enhancing its capabilities and solidifying its role as a key partner for allied defense forces and OEMs globally.
