CDA and DHA Collaborate on Development of Islamabad's New Sectors
CDA and DHA will jointly develop sectors D-13, E-13, and F-13 in Islamabad, addressing long-standing development delays. This initiative follows successful progress on Margalla Enclave and aims to enhance urban infrastructure.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) will collaborate on the development of sectors D-13, E-13, and F-13 in Islamabad. This partnership is a response to the ongoing progress at Margalla Enclave, marking a renewed effort to advance development in areas that have faced delays since 2008.
The CDA is expediting land allotment to facilitate the necessary clearance for development. A formal agreement between the CDA and DHA will be finalized after the land clearance process is complete. Additionally, there are plans for another joint venture between DHA and CDA for sectors G-12 and F-12 soon, indicating a broader strategy for urban development.
