Cedar LNG Pipeline Progresses with Unique Bridge Installation
The Cedar LNG project is advancing with the installation of a prefabricated bridge at Moore Creek, critical for the pipeline crossing. The pipeline is 80% complete, with a projected finish later this year.

A prefabricated bridge, measuring 60 meters, was assembled at Skeena Sawmills by Monster Kitsumkalum for the Cedar LNG pipeline at Moore Creek, where conventional trenching is not feasible. This bridge is significant as it represents the only aerial span along the pipeline route, with installation set for completion in early May.
The overall pipeline construction is 80% complete and is expected to finish this year during Cedar LNG's peak construction period in 2026. The marine terminal in Kitimat is 10% complete, and the floating LNG facility fabrication in Korea is at 35%.
The facility is scheduled for arrival in 2028, with operations anticipated later that year. Risks associated with project timelines and local support may influence further developments.
