Ceigall India Secures 337 MW Solar PPAs with MSEDCL Under MSKVY 2.0
Ceigall India has signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for a total of 337 MW solar projects with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0. The projects, managed by subsidiaries Ceigall Green Energy MH1 Limited and Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited, include a 190 MW project costing approximately ₹772 crore and a 147 MW project costing around ₹597 crore. The combined EPC value is around ₹1,369 crore, with an 18-month execution timeline.

Ceigall India has executed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for solar photovoltaic power stations with a combined capacity of 337 MW under MSKVY 2.0. The projects involve a 190 MW capacity, costing ₹772 crore, and a 147 MW capacity, costing ₹597 crore, spanning six districts in Maharashtra.
The total EPC value is approximately ₹1,369 crore, with an 18-month timeline for execution. Ceigall will handle the engineering, procurement, and construction, followed by 25 years of operations and maintenance. This expansion into renewable energy enhances Ceigall's order book visibility and reinforces its solar power generation presence.
