TCL Technology Reports 102% Increase in Net Profit for H1 2026
TCL Technology Group announced a 102% rise in net profit attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2026, driven by growth in its display operations and expansion into AI-related sectors. The company's total revenue reached 88.6 billion yuan ($13.2 billion), reflecting a 3.6% year-on-year increase.

In H1 2026, TCL Technology's net profit attributable to shareholders surged to 3.81 billion yuan, while total net profit rose to 2.24 billion yuan, an increase of 2.21 billion yuan. The display unit, TCL CSOT, generated 50.27 billion yuan in revenue and a 24% rise in net profit to 3.28 billion yuan.
TCL Zhonghuan reported 14.31 billion yuan in revenue from photovoltaic products, marking a 6.8% increase. Module shipments increased by 29%, and overseas operations contributed 25% to total revenue. The company aims to enhance profitability through integrated solar supply chains and the expansion of high-efficiency products. TCL's semiconductor materials division has achieved over 25% annual revenue growth in the past five years.
