Celloraa Energy Private Limited is launching a 1.2 GW TOPCon solar cell manufacturing project in Surat, Gujarat, aimed at bolstering India's photovoltaic value chain. The facility will produce high-efficiency solar cells using advanced German technology and incorporate sustainable engineering practices.

RENA Technologies has signed a contract to supply wet processing systems for the project, which emphasizes water efficiency and reduced operational costs. The partnership began informally at the TaiyangNews Solar Technology Conference in February 2026 and was formalized on February 24, 2026. A future partnership MOU is also in preparation.
