Cemtrex Announces Acquisition of Texas Aerospace Firm and Vicon Product Launch

Cemtrex, Inc. is nearing the completion of an acquisition of Invocon, a Texas aerospace and defense engineering company. The company has decided to terminate its previous acquisition of a robotics integration firm and has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire an industrial services business in Tennessee.

Cemtrex's Vicon division has begun shipping its NEXT product line, which includes AI-powered modular cameras designed to reduce installation times and provide edge analytics. Additionally, the company issued nearly 4.8 million shares to meet debt requirements and raise capital. The acquisition of Invocon is expected to enhance Cemtrex's position in the aerospace and defense sector.
