Centinel and IHG Army Hotels Launch Candlewood Suites at Fort Bragg
The new Candlewood Suites at Fort Bragg, unveiled on April 14, 2026, represents a $75 million investment in military lodging. This facility is part of the ongoing Privatization of Army Lodging program, enhancing accommodations for service members and their families.

Centinel Public Partnerships and IHG® Army Hotels opened a new Candlewood Suites at Fort Bragg, marking the 17th addition to their Privatization of Army Lodging portfolio. The hotel, built on the former Hardy Hall site, encompasses over 122,000 square feet and includes 207 guest rooms with various suite options.
Construction utilized cross-laminated timber (CLT), emphasizing sustainability. Concurrently, renovations at Normandy House, expected to complete in fall 2026, will enhance historical accommodations. The PAL program, founded in 2009, aims to improve lodging quality, with Centinel and IHG as key partners. This development is significant for the over 100,000 visitors to Fort Bragg annually, supporting military personnel and families.
