The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission approved M/s Adit Ispaat's petition on February 26, 2026, exempting it from the requirement of a dedicated feeder for drawing solar power. Adit Ispaat operates a manufacturing unit in Bhilai with a contract demand of 1200 KVA and has installed a 1.50 MW solar PV plant in Balod district, commissioned in January 2026.

The Commission's decision allows the company to comply with existing regulations while ensuring technical and safety conditions for grid stability are met. CSPTCL confirmed the technical feasibility of power transmission from the solar plant to the drawal point.
